The Keramikkünstlerhaus wishes all those interested in art a Happy New Year with many new impressions for 2024!
In December, the 5-member jury met to select the 6 artists for the Ceramic Artist Exchange Programme 2024 at the Keramikkünstlerhaus. 112 applicants from 44 different countries around the world applied.
The selected scholarship holders are Anush Ghukasyan from Armenia, Caspi Uriel from Israel, Karine Guillermin from Vietnam, Eloisa Gobbo from Italia, Olivia Pils from Berlin/Germany und Sassy Park from Australia. They are each allowed to work and live as a tandem in the Keramikkünstlerhaus for 7 weeks.
The jury members consisted of Nina Zahl (artist and artistic assistant in the ceramics class at the Burg Giebichenstein Art Academy in Halle/Saale, left), Dr Susanne Schwertfeger (research assistant at the Institute of Art History, Christian-Albrecht-Universität zu Kiel, centre), Sünne Höhn (Neumünster Cultural Office, 2nd from right), Carsten Hillgruber (Chairman of the Dr Hans Hoch Foundation, Neumünster City Councillor, 2nd from right) and Katja Jaroschewski (artist and artistic director of the Keramikkünstlerhaus Neumünster, 2nd from left).
